明治神宮にお参りしてきました（2018年5月）

５月の１４日の月曜日、明治神宮にお参りしてきました。

もともとはこの日、「横山大観展」を観に行こうと話し合っていたのですが、美術館が月曜日休みということに前日の夜に気づき　^^;

急遽予定変更して、明治神宮にお参りすることにしました。

天気が良くて参道を歩くのが気持ちよかったです

五箇條の御誓文

五箇条の御誓文

一、広く会議を興し万機公論に決すべし

一、上下心を一にして盛んに経綸を行うべし

一、官武一途庶民に至る迄各其志を遂げ人心をして倦まざらしめん事を要す

一、旧来の陋習を破り天地の公道に基づくべし

一、智識を世界に求め大いに皇基を振起すべし

手水舎

昭憲皇太后御歌

朝まだき　わかばの上をふく風は　すずしさすぎて寒けかりけり

明治天皇御製

夏あさき　山下水をきてみれば　きのふの春の花ぞながるる

※　山下水（読み）ヤマシタミズ。山のふもとを流れる水。山かげを流れる水。（コトバンクより）

手水の作法

（手水は産廃の前の清めです　まず心を静めて）

ひしゃくに水をくみ、左・→と手に水を掛けて清めます。

次にひしゃくのみ時をてのひらに受けて口をすすぎます。次にひしゃくをもとの位置になおします。

（ひしゃくに直接口をつけないでください）

Ritual Cleansing of Hands and Mouth

Please rinse your hands and mouth before praying.

Please set your mind at ease.

Shifting the dipper from one hand to the other, rinse first your left, then right hand.

Rinse your mouth with water poured into the palm of your left hand.

Hold the dipper upright in both hands to rinse the handle with the remaining water.

Return the dipper to its original position.

*Please refrain from drinking directly from the dipper.

夫婦楠

この楠は大正九年の御鎮座当時に献木され、御祭神の御加護のもと樹勢瑞々しき大樹に育った御神木であります

両樹木は「夫婦楠」として親しまれ、縁結び、夫婦円満、家内安全の象徴となっております

御参拝の皆様方には、この御神木を通して御祭神のお恵みをお受けください

The camphor trees, planted in 1920 at the time of the enshrinement of Meiji Jingu, have grown under the protection of the deities to become huge and vivid, and are considered to be sacred.

Well known as “Meoto Kusu” or “Husband and Wife”, the coupled trees have become a symbol of happy marriage and harmonious life within the family.

May happiness be brought to you through the divine power of these trees.

今回は初の試みとして、夫婦楠の横にある門（西参道に通じる門）を出てみました。

門を出て少し歩いてから振り返っての写真。
